Special Dietary Requirements

When you have a special diet, travelling to a remote location, such as Lapland, can seem daunting. Here, we explain the options available to you when you have a dietary intolerance or requirement.

When you booked your holiday, you will have been asked whether you have any special dietary requirements. These will then have been noted on your booking, and listed on your Confirmation Invoice.  (Please check your invoice for details.)

If you have a special diet, the following will apply:

Meal requests for flights

We can offer regular meals, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. It is not possible to combine these options, and anyone requiring a dairy-free meal should request vegan.

Nuts are not served as an ingredient within any of the catering offered, however, there is no guarantee against cross-contamination.

Airlines will not guarantee the provision of a special dietary requirement, so we recommend clients bring suitable snacks with them.

Meal requests for the resorts

Our providers in the resorts can cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, pescatarian, or dairy-free meals. If your requirements are more complex, and combine any of the above options, please call our Customer Service Team so that we can discuss your needs, and offer careful advice about local choices. Nuts are not served as an ingredient within any of the catering offered. However, there is no guarantee against cross-contamination.

We must notify our providers no later than 21 days before departure for any special dietary requirement.

To add a request or discuss any multiple requirements, contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 270 0150, or from Ireland call 1800 827300, and from the Rest of the World please call +44 (0)1923 822388.
