I recently have been to Lapland with your Company and have nothing but praise for the marvellous and magical experience of the whole trip. Every detail was so organised and taken care of. The whole experience was wonderful and amazing in every way. Nothing was too much trouble for our very lovely tour escort called Ellie. She made our 4 days such very happy ones… We were unable to fly back on the due date due to the drone issue at Gatwick but again Canterbury came up trumps and took care of an extended stay with no problems at all. We have had a holiday experience never to be forgotten with thanks to Canterbury Travel.

We returned yesterday from an amazing New Year holiday with Canterbury Travel. Although we completed the customer survey on the coach back to The Arctic Circle we wanted to contact you directly (we asked for your name in the Safari House) just to say how good Alan was when he was allocated to us as a guide on the Snowshoe walk on our first day. He was very understanding and encouraging, especially going up and down the steep parts of the trek! I don’t think we would have got to the top without his help and consequently seen the Northern Lights. We were so lucky.

My family and I are driving home from Gatwick airport after a fantastic 5 day (!) trip to Luosto and I wanted to say “thank you”. Not only did we have a wonderful time searching for Santa, but you really looked after us when our flight home to Gatwick was cancelled yesterday due to the drones. What could have ruined our once-in-a-lifetime holiday ended up being the icing on the cake! We got to spend an extra night in the resort, with fun activities to do and elves to play with. Everyone in Luosto worked really hard to make sure we were well looked after and their positivity and enthusiasm was infectious…

The air crew were superb,the flight deck allowed children to look. The cabin staff were by far the best we have had,giving lots of entertainment, I even enjoyed the food provided!! The resort was great Santa was perfect. This time I took two 7 year old grandsons so the toboggans were the favorite rides…

I recently came back from a Lapland Holiday with you and I would like to provide some feedback…The coach/tour guide was absolutely amazing. She kept the enthusiasm so high at all times…The activities were awesome. All the guides were so accommodating and made it really great fun…Finally the elves were just amazing. I have never seen such wonderful entertainment for the children at all times. I knew beforehand I was paying a lot of money for a short trip. However, this is the best holiday I have ever been on and words can’t express how grateful I am staff for the amazing experience provided for my whole family. Just back from day trip to Enontekio, “Enchanting Lapland” First went with C.T. with my son 18 years ago, now back with grandchildren. Took our grand children aged 4 and 6 to Find Santa. Can only say I was skeptical as to the value for money before I left, But upon arrival and meeting Karl, Chelsea and Zander I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the staff and organisation that had gone into the trip. Not only did my Grand children have a magical holiday so did my wife and I. Would thoroughly recommend this trip as everything is covered, Husky sleighs, Reindeer sleighs, Snowmobiles and great educations about Husky’s and Reindeer’s. Nothing was left out or to chance. and the crowning glory meeting the main man and his wife, not forgetting the elves.

We returned on the 23 December 2015, from a 4 day Magical Interlude tour with Canterbury Travel. We found it an absolutely fantastic experience. Our son, who is 7, was captivated from the moment we arrived at LGW and his captivation has not stopped yet. The whole adventure was magical and perfect.
